About Us

NK Group was formed in June 2000 to produce vehicle sound proofing kits to the after care market, trading under the name Noisekiller working with leading UK Acoustic material manufacturers Noisekiller researched designed and developed a range of sound proofing materials that can be used in Vehicle, Marine, Industrial and Domestic markets.

During this time Noisekiller have become an approved supplier to the MOD, Local Government, and the BBC, along with recommendations from the Police and other motoring organisations, we also work with Universities in our thermal division. We have worked with large and small vehicle manufacturers and boat builders and been involved in large and small Industrial projects, to help Companies meet the Noise at Work Regulations. Our latest division Noisy Neighbours has been formed to meet the growth in Domestic noise, in both new and old buildings.

NK Group is proud of its UK manufacturing base and all the products we use in all our divisions are made in the UK, ensuring quick turn round in our production department. We are able to offer a bespoke design service within our range and work closely with designers to meet customer trends and one off requirements.

We have also acquired other businesses and developed new products in the fields of vehicle security, and thermal protection. These divisions have seen NK Group move into ancillary and new markets. Vehicle security is a growing concern for every vehicle owner and our products in that market are recognised as leaders in their field. Our Thermal division formed to meet the demand for protection from heat in the workplace and in University laboratories, along with our latest design the Blazepak carries on our philosophy research design and development of innovative products.

Company Personnel

Steve Bithell (Managing Director)
Founded Noisekiller in 2000 using his Sales and marketing experience to fill a gap in the after care market of vehicle for a quality Sound Proofing solution to noisy vehicles. Steve was instrumental in developing the innovative materials used by Noisekiller by working with leading British Acoustic material manufacturers and designing composite products to address noise issues in vehicles.

Grant Bithell (Company Director)

Joined in 2005 initially to oversee the integration of Centinel range of products into the Noisekiller range, and quickly became instrumental in the purchase of CP Covers which became NK Thermal division. Trained in CAD Cam Design Grant has brought NK Thermal to the forefront of the production of Specialist Bake Out tents.
Grant also designed and runs the highly successful Noisy Neighbours No More division of the NK Group.

Lee Mandic

Joined in 2012 as the general manager of the Soundproofing division and is responsible for the processing of orders through the Company, and stock levels of all materials. Lee is also involved in the outdoor shows in the Land Rover market.

Jack Monks

Apprentice learning all aspects of each division.

Kathy Lewis- Bithell

Kathy is responsible for the Trade exhibitions attended by the NK Group , mainly VW Camper shows, Land Rover Shows and Marine Shows.

Michelle Byliss

Joined in 2014 Michelle is responsible for the manufacture and sewing of Acoustic Blankets, Blazepaks, and Bake out tents.

Adam Walker

Adam is a fully qualified plasterer. Adam trained at the Oldham Council before setting his own Company AJW Plastering Services. Adam now works on all the Noisy Neighbours No More installations and is responsible for the erection of the Soundproofing before covering it with Acoustic Board and applying a high quality plaster finish.
