Fitting Instructions (W212)

Contents of full kit: 24 items

Items marked with an * are self-adhesive and should be applied to clean and dry surface only. We recommend the use of a small roller to apply even pressure.


1-7* Remove the manufacturers underbonnet cover (if fitted to your model). Items 1- 3 fit into recess at top of bonnet

Items 4 &5 slide through hole at top of bonnet

Items 6 adhere to the larger circular areas

Items 7 adhere to the smaller circular areas


Because the interior carpets are ridged underneath it is best to place the interior floor piece under the manufacturers drop in carpets

8 & 9 Item 11 fits under the drivers side drop in carpet and 12 under the passenger side

10 & 11 Do the same with the rear footwell carpets

12 Lift the rear seat from its brackets and fit this under the seats


13 Lift the top cover behind the rear seat and fit this piece under the existing “sound proofing”

Remove the covers from the side wings and also take out the spare wheel take off the right side bracket and loosen the middle floor bolt on the left side. Undo the bracket on the back lip of the boot. You should then be able to lift out the lightweight boot protector.

14* Remove the manufacturers felt covers from the side wings and adhere this piece to the drivers side wing. You will find it easier to cut it and  fit in two pieces

15* This piece fits to the passenger side wing as per item 14

These pieces adhere to the base of the spare wheel area

16* To the upper left side

17* To the side wall upright on the left side

18* To the right side upright wall

19* To the top of the area behind the rear seats

20* To the lower right side

21* To the base of the spare wheel

22 Place this piece over the battery cover on the lower right side

Refit all the items you have removed

23 Fits at the top of the spare wheel area under the lip

24 This pad fits above the spare wheel and under the boot carpet

The Mercedes dealer recommended that door pads are not fitted because there are too many electrical parts that could be damaged. If you want door pads please ask.
